Our decorating strip with prepunched holes makes it easy for you to add helium filled balloons and create dramatic arches and swags. The 25-foot, clear plastic strip holds 12 balloons per foot. Simply weight the ends once the helium filled balloons are attached and an arch forms instantly. Balloons are not included and may be purchased separately below.
